Nick Pateras is CEO and founder of Roberge Management Consulting, a global management consulting firm advising boards and executive teams across the medical cannabis sector on strategy and operations.
Previously, Mr. Pateras served as CEO of Lyphe Group, one of the UK's leading cannabis clinic and pharmacy groups, where he led the business to its highest ever revenue performance and delivered a +72% improvement in EBITDA during his turnaround mandate.
Mr. Pateras has held executive leadership roles across the international cannabis ecosystem, including serving as interim CEO of European cannabis manufacturer Materia and holding progressively senior positions at Canadian cannabis tech firm Lift & Co., which he helped float on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Before entering the cannabis industry nearly a decade ago, Mr. Pateras built a strong commercial foundation in the pharmaceuticals sector, including several years of P&L ownership for Johnson & Johnson’s largest healthcare brands.
He is a regular speaker at cannabis conferences across North America and Europe and taught the inaugural Cannabis Business Fundamentals course at George Brown College in Toronto in 2018-19.
