Andrew is a Qld based lawyer and financial planner who holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation & Financial Planning (UNSW), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB – UQ), a Bachelor of Economics (UQ) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law). He is the Independent Board Observer for The Australian and New Zealand College of Cannabinoid Practitioners (ANZCCP) which is the leading professional body dedicated to supporting the safe, ethical, and evidence-based use of cannabinoid medicine across Australia and New Zealand. In September 2025, Andrew submitted his MPhil thesis to the NICM Health Research Institute (Western Sydney University) on Endometriosis and the Endocannabinoid System: optimising insurance medicine in a cannabinoid medicine context for Australians. Andrew has presented on his research at United in Compassion’s 2023 and 2025 medicinal cannabis symposiums. The majority of his legal work focuses on private client matters pertaining to structuring, trusts, superannuation, life insurance, tax and cannabis law related issues. He also has 18 years experience in financial planning focusing on life insurance, superannuation, estate and succession planning.
