Rooted in a mission to reward, promote and engage Indigenous suppliers, AFN aims to promote and enhance economic sustainability and foster generational wealth within Indigenous communities.
CIT will provide information on the Vocational Education Pathways and programs that we offer as our core business. We will also provide information on our commitment to Reconciliation through our CIT Reconciliation Action Plan
Health Care Consumers’ Association (HCCA) is the peak advocacy organisation for health consumer in the ACT. We work to improve the quality and safety of health services and advocate for health equity for people living in the Canberra region.
We provide a voice for consumers on health issues and provide opportunities for consumers to participate in all levels of health service planning, policy development and decision making.
We work closely with our members, local communities, the ACT Government, service providers, media and non-government and voluntary organisations to improve the quality and safety of health services.
The Health Care Consumers’ Association is a health promotion charity, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
ANTaR ACT is a voluntary organisation in the ACT of mainly non-Indigenous people who support and advocate for First Nations rights and wellbeing. We maintain relationships with Aboriginal organisations in Canberra, including the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elected Body, and we educate and advocate on issues that matter to First Nations people here. ANTaR ACT is affiliated with the national organisation ANTAR, based in Sydney.

YarnnUp is a First Nations owned agency, working in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, to deliver the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBCSP) Get Behind It Roadshow: a national community engagement campaign encouraging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to take part in free bowel screening from age 45.
Our work focuses on culturally safe health promotion through storytelling, community yarning, and creative activations that build awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen health outcomes for mob.
Bridjirim Art makes small batch earrings from Polymer clay and acrylic. Every pair is unique in design and colours and being small batch means every pair is completely unique. I also make designs for social issues, helping promote awareness and donations from sales.
VolunteeringACT is the peak body for volunteering and provides community information services in the Canberra Region. We also deliver programs for people experiencing disadvantage and isolation, people with disabilities, and people needing support for mental wellness.

ACT Reconciliation Council use their networks in government, local businesses and the community sector to promote reconciliation.
We act as community ambassadors for Reconciliation Day and help the ACT Government develop a program of events for the lead-up to and on Reconciliation Day.
We support the ACT government with: advice to evaluate the Reconciliation Day event results of meetings of the Australian Reconciliation Network strategies to involve the ACT community.
Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, businesses and organisations with access to finance and support to achieve their economic, social and cultural aspirations.
Kartika Medcraft-Smith is a proud Leterrermairrener and Plangermaireener (Ben Lomond Tribe) Pakana woman from Northeastern Tasmania, descendant of Mannalargena with NSW Wiradjuri family connections, raising a family on Ngunawal and Ngambri land in the ACT. Her artwork is inspired by the Tasmanian Mole Creek Caves used by her ancestors for birthing, storing food, shelter, creating tools and teaching.
