Dr Katrina Anderson is currently Clinical Professor, Acting Head of General Practice, Australian National University Medical School, and Director of GP Education for the Office of General Practice and Primary Care, ACT Health Directorate. She is also the Medical Education Adviser for the Canberra Region Medical Education Council. Katrina has worked for 15 years as a GP in refugee and asylum seeker health. She has research interests in mental health, improving health outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged patients and exploring communication within the doctor patient relationship.
