1. When and where is the CSSA National Conference taking place?

2. What are the ticket prices and what’s included in the registration?

  • Member Early Bird: $290 (inc GST)
  • Standard Member: $390 (inc GST)
  • Non-Member: $450 (inc GST)
  • Member Group Registration: $390 each (Buy 5 tickets, get the 6th free)
  • Speaker (Reduced Fee): $200 (subject to confirmation)
  • Onsite Registration: $500
  • Conference Dinner Only: $200

All ticket prices include 2 x morning teas, 2 x afternoon teas, drinks/canapés, and the Conference Dinner.

3. Can I register for the Conference Dinner only?

Yes, we offer a Conference Dinner Only ticket for $200 (inc GST). This includes drinks, canapés, and an opportunity to network with other attendees.

4. What is the last day to register for early bird pricing?

Early bird registration closes on 31 January 2025. Be sure to register before this date to take advantage of the discounted ticket prices!

5. Is there an option for onsite registration?

Yes, onsite registration is available at $500. However, we recommend registering early to secure your spot and avoid higher fees closer to the event.

6. How can I get to the venue?

  • Public Transport:
    • Train: Town Hall Station (approx. 10-minute walk)
    • Bus: Several bus routes serve Harbour St
    • Light Rail: The Pyrmont Bay Light Rail Station is a 5-minute walk from the venue
  • By Car: Limited street parking is available. We recommend using nearby Wilson Parking or Secure Parking.

7. Are there accommodation options nearby?

8. What meals are included in the registration?

Your registration includes 2 x morning teas, 2 x afternoon teas, and the Conference Dinner. Drinks and canapés will also be provided during networking sessions.

9. Are there any discounts for group registrations?

Yes, we offer a Member Group Registration option where you can purchase 5 tickets and get the 6th free. Please contact us at info@visabel.com.au for more information.

10. Will the event be accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you require any special assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance at info@visabel.com.au

11. How can I cancel or modify my registration?

12. What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code for the conference is business casual. Please wear comfortable attire, especially if you plan to network or attend the Conference Dinner.

13. Is there an option to attend virtually?

At this time, the CSSA National Conference is planned as an in-person event. We will update the website with any potential virtual attendance options should they become available closer to the event date.
