Arthur Frail is a proud Wiradjuri, Wailwan, and Barkindji man who was born and raised on Dharug country. Having grown up in the Mount Druitt area, he deeply understands the challenges faced by young people in his community, which strengthens his ability to connect with and support them.

Arthur is currently the Casework Support Program Lead (CSP) at Marist180, where he works closely with young people under the supervision of Penrith Youth Justice. Through the CSP program, he helps youth access meaningful opportunities in employment, housing, and education, aiming to reduce their risk of recidivism. His lived experience and cultural understanding allow him to advocate effectively for the young people he supports, empowering them to build positive futures.
