Meghan Iacobacci

Meghan currently consults with the Irregular Warfare Campaigning (IWC) team in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Irregular Warfare and Counterterrorism within the U.S. Department of Defense.  Her focus is on campaigning vis-à-vis the People’s Republic of China.  

Prior to this assignment, Meghan was an intelligence officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where she held several positions, including senior intelligence analyst to the Russia-Ukraine Crisis Cell, a rotation to the Joint Staff J2, and deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.  Before joining the Department of Defense, Meghan was the Special Assistant to the Vice President of the Center for Naval Analyses and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Sichuan, China.  

She holds a MA in International Economics and Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA in English literature from Flagler College.
