Sarah Neville

Sarah Neville is Chief of Staff at Penfolds, Treasury Wine Estates, where she supports executive alignment, board engagement and strategic initiatives across the business. With nearly a decade at TWE in commercial strategy roles, Sarah’s achievements include the development of Penfolds’ strategic five-year roadmap and leading critical route-to-market projects. 

Penfolds global reach spans Australia, China, Southeast Asia, Europe and the USA. In 2025, TWE acquired a majority stake in Ningxia’s Stone & Moon winery, which plays an important role in the production of luxury Penfolds Chinese wines including CWT.
